What changes for you
Today you need a customer account, a password and your card number for every shop, and for an article at 25 cents it is not worth it.
With NemosGo you have one app that you top up once. You buy where you find something, and the provider sees only a pseudonym.
What you need for it
- The app. It is your wallet. You get it where you buy: from the provider, from a network or from a marketplace. If the provider runs NemosGo under its own brand, the app carries its name. Today it is available for the iPhone. Your credit sits in it like cash, on the phone and not in an account in the cloud. That is why the app is tied to one device.
- Credit. You top it up once from your bank account, and it then covers many purchases. Whatever you do not need, you can have paid back to the account you topped it up from. Payouts run once a day.
That’s all. No customer account with the provider, no card number, no password for every shop.
Buy yourself or let an assistant buy
If an assistant only shows you an offer, you are the one buying. The chat debits nothing; payment happens in the app.
An example of the second way: before an evening at the theatre, you ask your assistant to gather the reviews of the play and approve 2 euros for it. It buys three reviews at 25 cents each and brings you the summary. Every purchase comes with a receipt.
How a purchase works
- On a website. You pick an offer and place a binding order. On your phone you tap the payment link; on a computer you scan the QR code with the app.
- In a messenger or an AI assistant. The offer sits in the conversation; payment happens in the app.
- At the till, planned. The till sets the amount, and you confirm it by QR code.
The goods arrive in the same transaction: in your browser, in the app under “Lieferungen” (deliveries), or both. Every purchase comes with a receipt with its own number, and the history shows all your purchases at a glance.
What the provider sees of you
Per purchase, a pseudonym, the amount and the receipt. It gets your name only if you choose to share it. There is no customer account, no card number and no password at the provider that could be stolen. Your bank details sit encrypted where payment is handled, separate from the shop.
If something goes wrong
- Your contract is with the provider, not with NemosGo. If a delivery fails to arrive, you claim it from the provider.
- Cancelling. If the provider has marked the offer as cancellable, open the purchase in your history and tap “Stornieren” (cancel). The provider decides. If it agrees, your credit is refunded and the delivery disappears from the app.
- New phone. For a change of device, contact the provider you got the app from.
What it costs
Nothing extra for you. You pay the price of the offer and nothing else. The payment fee at top-up is borne by the provider, and NemosGo takes no share of the purchase price.
Step by step
The guide shows every step with screenshots, from installing through topping up to the receipt, also as a PDF. It was written for the field test from July to August 2026: the app came by invitation through TestFlight, and payment was made with test credit. What a purchase looks like inside an AI assistant is described in the guide for the AI assistant. Answers to common questions are at the end of the guide under Frequently asked questions.
