What changes for you
Today every agent gets an access key for every provider. Billing happens at the end of the month on the company account, and anyone who wants to assign the costs to a team splits them up by hand.
With NemosGo every agent gets a budget with a purpose and a deadline. It pays for each call separately, every call has its receipt, and the costs land with the right team straight away. Once the budget is used up, it stops until someone approves more.
In between sits a checkout: it quotes the price, takes the payment and only then releases the service.
What your applications can then do
Your applications buy from every provider connected to the same installation, with no account and no key there. They query the catalogue, see the price, pay and call. A maximum per call caps each call, a budget caps the total, and every receipt names the application, team, project or customer.
If you use NemosGo yourself, the installation is yours: you connect the providers to your checkout. The providers only make their interface available and pay nothing. Otherwise you buy within the installation of the provider or network.
What you decide, with an example covering a whole week, is under Buy and allocate costs.
When staff buy themselves
Staff buy the way individuals do. If they buy directly, they confirm each purchase in the app, with no customer account at the provider and no card form. If they send an assistant off with a task, they approve an amount for it beforehand, and it buys only within that. Every purchase has its receipt. How the app and buying work is described under For individuals. Whether credit is topped up beforehand or collected afterwards is decided by the provider.
What you need for it
- The developer kit. Your applications speak the same protocol as an outside service, whether the model runs in your own data centre or is bought outside. Details on the developer page.
- A wallet. It runs as a service of its own next to your application, on Linux for now, manages the credit and tops it up when needed. It comes with the developer kit as a ready-built program. Credit and keys stay with you; NemosGo holds no money.
- Credit. Topped up through your bank. You pay the providers per call, not per month and not per seat. You can have any unspent credit paid back out, in euros, to your account.
That’s all. No cart, no payment forms, no key management per provider, no consolidated invoice that nobody can break down.
The path to your first purchase
- Query a provider’s catalogue: which functions exist and what they cost.
- Call a free function. That works without credit and without a wallet.
- Set up the wallet, top up credit.
- Make the first paid call, with a maximum per call.
- Set budgets per application and look at the receipts.
If you want to connect providers yourself, we first set up your own installation with you. You then connect the providers to your checkout.
What it costs
- Whoever introduces NemosGo pays. If you buy from a provider that uses NemosGo, you pay only for what you buy. The function price goes to the provider; NemosGo takes nothing from it.
- For cost allocation. If you use NemosGo yourself to set budgets and attribute costs, you pay a monthly software fee, tiered by usage. The providers you connect pay nothing.
- We offer the setup. If you would rather not install the wallet and the integration yourself, we do it for you. What that costs is agreed separately.
